I found out about this French pop-punky group via an iPod Shuffle commercial, but the other songs on their album are way better, like this one.

Passion Pit: “Sleepyhead”
Short but sweet. This song has one of those moments I love, where the music kinda pulls back a bit before coming back full force, with a catchy synth part. I love the really high-pitched vocal loop they use too. I passed up a chance to see them at a bar in Cincinnati once. Didn’t realize I’d made a mistake until I checked out their music a few weeks later.
